Griffin is a 2 1/2 year old wire hair terrier mix who came to us as a stray who was never claimed from an impound. He is just over 20lbs. When he first came to us he had some blood in his urine as well as an enlarged prostate, but with getting neutered and some medicine, he is well on his way back to health.

He is a very friendly boy and does great with people. He is good with other dogs too. He has not been around cats. He will need a refresher on housetraining when he goes to a new house and a new routine. His foster home has been using some belly bands with him too, as the hormones are getting out of his system from his neuter, and he has been getting better since he first came into rescue.

Griffin is a great boy looking for his happily ever after!

Adoption fee is $350.00 + tax (no checks)

This dog will not be at our adoption event on Saturday so contact the foster to learn more!

Our fosters do the best they can to provide all information about the animal's background and temperament while in foster care in their home. An adopters routine and home environment is likely going to be different than that in their foster home.

Sometimes there is more that comes out about a dog's personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable. There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.
