Manson is a four month old cattle dog/lab mix (maybe some pointer too?) who came to us needing some help finding a home. He was found as a stray with his siblings back in December. He is around 20-25 pounds right now and will likely be around 40-50 when full grown. We have not seen either on of the parents, so breed is everyone's best guess!
He will need a family willing to commit to the typical puppy stuff: housetraining refreshers, crate training, obedience training, mouthing and chewing on stuff they aren't supposed to do because they are puppies, and the energy
Manson is neutered and current on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed and on preventatives. Adopters will be responsible for getting a heartworm test completed at six months of age.
Adoption fee is $300 + tax (no checks)

This dog will be at our adoption event at the Woodbury PetSmart on Saturday from 11-2 looking for a home!
Our fosters do the best they can to provide all information about the animal's background and temperament while in foster care in their home. An adopters routine and home environment is likely going to be different than that in their foster home. Sometimes there is more that comes out about a dog's personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable.
There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.
