Hi, my name is Ice Cream! My mom had to leave me at Grandmas house. She really loves me, but already has two dogs. I’m so sweet. My grandma loves me but can’t keep me anymore, so I’m looking for a new family. Am I the right doggy for you? I’m a good dog and I love my people. I have a lot of energy because I’m only 2 years old and I would love a big, fenced in yard to play in. I’m told I’m some sort of Anatolian, or Austrailian shepard mix, and I definitely feel like I could be a herding dog. I’m tall and weigh about 55 pounds. I’m okay with the little ones, but they make me nervous when there is chaos. I can sit, lay down, shake hands...I listen to my people but I can’t help but bark when strangers walk by or come to the door. I think I would be fine being kenneled for a bit if needed, as long as it’s my “happy place” and not used for scolding (I’m smart and know the difference!) and really don’t like fireworks. I would love someone to teach me a little obedience and get rid of a few bad habits like looking for food on counters and tables (grandma has been working on that too). I think I’d pick it up fast! I’d like to the one-and-only furry family member so I can focus all my doggy love, and not worry about other pups. I hope I sound like the right furry friend for you! If so, please call to learn more.
